Twin power has a history of 30 years since its birth.
This work is equipped with a metal rotor that suppresses deflection,
distortion, and twisting by combining the principles of simple
and robustness that have been pursued for many years.
By combining it with the HAGANE body,
it has gained excessive rigidity and durability. Furthermore,
the metal rotor with excellent rigidity creates
a stable winding feeling reminiscent of Stella,
and also enables permanent smooth rolling.
Not only that, cast performance is also improved
by adopting a new long stroke spool.
We have evolved into a tough machine that
can be used with confidence in every scene,
and start a new history. |

The metal rotor with high rigidity and
moderate inertia provides a moist and
smooth rotating feeling. In addition,
it suppresses deflection and distortion
and contributes to improved hooking
and dragging performance. |

a high load when wound up, higher rigidity
is required for the entire body including
the reel foot. The HAGANE body
suppresses anxiety about shock under
severe environments and power loss
due to bending and twisting with
a lightweight metal body. With

Micro module gear Ⅱ which has evolved
with the most advanced tooth surface
design and manufacturing technology
unique to Shimano. The design is reviewed
from the gear teeth and each tooth
surface to pursue the ideal tooth shape.
It also reduces noise and improves
smooth gear feeling. |

We reviewed the basic design
of the entire body and
the drive-related parts one by one,
and thoroughly eliminated
minute rattling, gaps, and vibrations
between parts. The areas to be
improved include drive gears,
worm shafts, worm shaft pins,
worm shaft gears, and more.

rotation performance and quietness
with quietness. |

Long stroke spool is also installed
on NEW Twin Power. Achieves
a distance increase of approximately 5%
compared to conventional models
with the C3000 size (By our flight
distance test in the dome)
